Eligibility: All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam.

District: The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.

AADHAAR Based Verification

candidates who will opt for this AADHAAR Based Verification method will not need to visit any office to complete their Employment Exchange Registration process as the authentication will be done with the help of their AADHAAR details. This method is quite easy and simple, the only drawback is that the candidate must have a valid AADHAAR to complete the online process. The online application process for AADHAAR Based Verification will be as follows.

Non-AADHAAR Based Verification

Non-AADHAAR Based Verification, will need to visit the Employment Office for the verification of their documents. Candidates have to select their desired employment office, date and time for verification. Candidates will have to visit the selected employment office on the day of their appointment and complete the process to obtain the registration certificate.
