RRB Para Medical Staff Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 560 Posts

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Ministry of Railways, Government of India has released the short employment notification for RRB Para Medical Staff Recruitment 2026 under CEN No. 05/2026. Through this recruitment, RRB will fill 560 Para-Medical category posts in various Railway Recruitment Boards across India.

The online application process is scheduled to start on 15 September 2026 and will continue until 14 October 2026. Interested candidates who meet the required qualifications can apply online through the official RRB portal.

RRB Para Medical Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive salary according to the post under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix.

The posts are placed between Level 3 and Level 7, along with other allowances as admissible under Railway rules.

RRB Para Medical Eligibility Criteria 2026

The educational qualification varies from one post to another. Candidates should check the qualification prescribed for the particular post before applying.

Nursing Superintendent

Candidates must have a Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife after completing a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course from a school or institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.

OR

Candidates with a B.Sc Nursing qualification are also eligible.

Certain concessions provided by the Indian Nursing Council for Auxiliary Nurse Midwives, Midwives and B Grade Nurses may also be considered as per the applicable rules.

Dialysis Technician

Candidates should have:

  • B.Sc qualification, and
  • Diploma in Haemodialysis

OR

  • B.Sc qualification with two years of satisfactory in-house training or experience in Haemodialysis work in a reputed institution.

Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II

Candidates should have a B.Sc degree with Chemistry as a main or optional subject.

They must also have either:

  • One-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector, or
  • One-year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health Sanitary Inspector awarded by NCVT.

Pharmacist (Entry Grade)

Candidates should have 10+2 in Science or equivalent along with a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

OR

Candidates with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree from a recognized university and registration as a Pharmacist are eligible.

Radiographer X-Ray Technician

Candidates should have 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry along with a 2-year Diploma in:

  • Radiography
  • X-Ray Technician, or
  • Radio Diagnosis Technology

from a recognized institute.

Science graduates with the required diploma may be given preference as per the recruitment rules.

ECG Technician

Candidates should have 10+2 or a Science graduation along with a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in:

  • ECG Laboratory Technology
  • Cardiology
  • Cardiology Technician, or
  • Cardiology Techniques

The certificate should generally be of at least one-year duration.

Laboratory Assistant Grade II

Candidates should have 12th (10+2) in Science along with either:

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or
  • Certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology equivalent to DMLT.

The certificate course should meet the prescribed requirements regarding recognition, duration, full-time training and examination.

The fee can be paid online through Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI.

Application Fee Refund

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minority and EBC categories will be eligible for a refund of ₹250, after deduction of applicable bank charges, on appearing in the 1st Stage CBT.

For other candidates, ₹400 will be refunded, after deduction of applicable bank charges, on appearing in the 1st Stage CBT.
